He plays it with the capo on 7th fret - at least on the version I listened to:
The spotify-version featuring Simon R. Beckleman. 

The other tab here is fine, but had the missing Am/Em as flaws, so I decided to work that out
and also add a short section of the guitar in the intro
The little guitar riff intro-thing he does will be included at the bottom, for those who fancy that.

For the rhythm I suggest you listen to the song and sort out what works for you :)

   Said he'd been to the moon
   Carved his name in the ground
   Saw the world spinning round
   (and) came back that afternoon.

   And I laughed at this man
   Said he'd been lost at sea

1st horn interlude:

(He isn't actually strumming anything here in the last part, maybe just one strum for each chord will do)

   The man had disappeared
   He left a rock from the moon
   An eyepatch and a diamond
   From a chandelier.

The guitar figure during intro
It's up to you whether you play the stuff in ( ). It's nice as fillings if you play alone.

Relative to capo:

If you aren't playing with a capo, simply add 7 to the number of the frets listed above,
as such your 1st fret relative to capo would be your 8th fret instead, your open string in capo = 7th fret.
